Troubleshooting Tips

One of the most common problems we encounter with supplied files is missing fonts/missing graphics. Many programs have built-in utilities which collect fonts and graphics automatically. We recommend learning to use these utilities, they’re quick and easy—and eliminate guesswork and delays.

To package files from Microsoft Publisher:

1. Choose File > Pack and Go > Take to a Commercial Printing Service...

2. Select Next, then use the browse command to choose a location to save the file.

3. Select the following:

  • Embed True Type fonts
  • Include linked graphics
  • Create links for embedded graphics

4. Select Finish. Publisher will compress your publication into a file named packed01.puz.
